The more I think about it, the more I come to the conclusion that the CA budget crisis is a blessing in disguise. If the problem is people relying too much on the government and not enough on themselves, the cure is mammoth government budget cuts.
In the end, they were going to come anyway. No person, family, company or government can outspend their income forever.
