So what is more likely?

That Obama was born here, or that his war hero grandfather, conspired to plant false evidence in a Honolulu newspaper so that his grandson could one day become a socialist overlord!

Seems that this is finely resolved! Or has it?

Well at least it is resolved for those who are not fact challenged. Strange there's been complete silence from those who stoked the fires. Seems that the real birth certificate was just a long form version of the certificate of live birth. Nothing interesting or salacious on it. I do wish care bear had dealt with this sooner.

Royal Wedding

The American preoccupation with the British Royals is a curious thing. Here we base a country on casting off the control of a King and still 230 years later we can't get enough of the Royal Wedding. The reality is that we never truly lost our fascination with royalty. At the start of our country, we tried to turn George Washington into a King. Even today, we continuously draw analogies between dynastic families and royalty.

In Britain, the wedding has revived the debate over maintaining the Royal family as an institution. Here's an interesting, strictly financial, defense of that institution.

After a handful of days in the mid 70's, and even one breaking 80, we had a little change in our weather on Sunday. The way you can tell that these snow flakes are big, is that usually snow doesn't show up when photographed.
