Ohhhh, I miss my boy, but he was a terrier. He didn't want to miss out on the fun, so he was always in the same room as you, but he was, you know, a Scot, so he was a wee bit stoic and aloof.
"I'll keep an eye on ye from across the room." that was close enough. And then he'd settle in at the foot of the bed for the night, you know, when he couldn't be embarassed to be seen with you.

Our other dog, Kelly is more standoffish. But she gets jellous of the attention Andy demands and wants her share.
