Snow Day

Yesterday, we had our third snow storm for the season. Up until New Year's eve, we were headed to break the drought record for Fall. The big storm on New Year's eve pushed us above that, but the front range is still extremely dry.

The mountains are having a bumper year, but down here on the plains is a completely different story. Most of the snow we'd typically get is being deflected to the midwest and the North East. So when it snowed yesterday, we made it a priority to get out and enjoy the white stuff.

The temperatures were down in the single digits and the wind was starting to come up, but as usual, the dogs had a wonderful time.
