Rocky Mountain National Park

Unidentified ridge in Rocky Mountain National Park, looking East from Trail Ridge Road.

We took a little drive up to Rocky Mountain National Park. We got snowed on in the middle of the drive there, but had nice broken sunshine by the time we got to the park. Despite the temperatures being in the high teens, it was reasonably comfortable in the sunshine.

I rode a motorcycle in the Rocky Mountain National Park. I'll bet it is even more beautiful in the winter!

I'm confused. Where are the beaches and the palm trees? This looks like place where you'd have to wear a heavy coat.

Sometimes your blog is too difficult to comprehend.

Sight Seer: Beautiful, but very cold. With the wind chill it was into the teens that day.

KT: Unfortunately the beach is a tad to the south, and if you want an ocean, its even a bit further.
